Step 1:
Heat 100ml of oil in a pan add 50gms of this Masala and Saute on a medium flame for a min.
Step:
Add 3 medium sized of boiled potatoes (smashed) stir continuously for 2-3 mins.
Spread this mixture on a plate & Press it. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds, Coriander leaves and peanuts.
Step3:
Take a Pav slit it open from three sides, apply 1Tbsp of Tamarind chutney to the pav stuff 2Tbsp of Potato Mix & chopped onions in it. Shallow fry both the sides with butter till it becomes golden brown . Serve Hot.!
