Annam Kesar Mango Pulp – 850g
Mango lassi is made by blending yogurt, mango pulp, sugar/honey and some milk. Cardamom powder adds additional flavor to the lassi. Lassi is a cooling and refreshing drink, and helps to beat the summer heat.
Mango Lassi Recipe:
In a blender, add 2 cups yogurt, 2 cups mango pulp, 1/2 tsp cardamom powder (optional)
1/4 cup sugar (as per your taste), ice cubes (optional), 1/4 cup milk and blend until smooth mixture.
